Proposals our submitted! Now it is time to get working on our prototype for the competition! Here is are some pictures explaining our concept and the progress we have made towards our final product! Our prototype will use very small beads that roll over the surface of the rail to catch/detect the sharp edge. If the diameter of the beads are smaller than the height of the edge lip, then the beads will fail to roll over the lip cause our causing our device to halt. Here is an example of the size of these beads!
